It was a gorgeous week of hunting in an area I've never hunted before. After 4 days of hunting hard I harvested this dandy little buck at just over 200 yards shortly after legal shooting light. It was the perfect close to a fantastic deer season and now I'm looking forward to a winter of cooking new and exciting venison dishes to share with friends and family!
